Pre-Africa Adventure: Last day with the MSers

Today was my last day working at the MS clinic until I come back at the end of August. We had a party (no surprise there) because Nick and I are both leaving for the summer. I have been working with this fine group of people for over a year now and I have truly grown to love them . They are like my second family.
They have been with me through a lot of changes in my life, and I have been able to count on them for the support. I will miss them dearly, but they'll be in good hands while I'm gone.

Pre-Adventure to Africa: Finals Week

As my first post, I would like to admit that I am not a natural in this "blogging world." I created this blog with the intention of keeping my friends and family updated with my many adventures I will be embarking upon in Lugazi, Uganda. I have been blessed with the generosity of my friends and family for helping me to fund-raise for this trip. I leave for Africa in two weeks and I am so excited to start my adventure!
